Three Bible Verses

For where your treasure is,
there will your heart be also.

Matthew 6: 21 (KJV)

as far as light excelleth darkness.

Ecclesiastes 2: 13 (KJV)

The plants were from a grocery store
and the tray is from a thrift store.

years go by

he scattereth the hoarfrost like ashes.

Psalm 147: 16 (KJV)

years go by
leaves fall
time of rest
then rebirth
God’s time
not mine

grower to a store
in a small town
and our garden
this year’s
chrysanthemum

older now
as I pray the Psalms
